Courses and Services offered by/under the Company through the Website Platform are non-refundable in nature. However, under special circumstances, refund may be admissible, provided the refund claim is raised within 7 working days of the purchase.

In case the course access is not provided to the User.
In case the duplicate payment has been made by the User.
Reasons for denied refund claims
